When I phoned Tesco Bank for help with my savings account I found it very easy to get through to them and was answered by a very helpful young man who took me through my options and when I had decided what I wanted to do he finalised everything while I was speaking to him. I understand that in due course I will receive a letter confirming my decision regarding my savings account.

What made the experience 5 star? The people.
"I called about a money transfer…"
I called about a money transfer arranged on Saturday - which was noted as leaving my account on that day. It had not arrived by Wednesday. The operator said there has been a delay over the bank holiday and that it would be processed that day to arrive in 2-3 days. Oddly enough, it appeared in the receiving account within 30 minutes. One wonders how long it would have taken had I not chased?

No nonsense website, only criticism would be my first telephone enquiry was difficult to understand because of the accent of the operative.

I got there in the end. Registering was extremely difficult as it was unable to send and automated reply to my phone due to my Call Blocker. It has to be a real person
